I'm going to give you a few tips for getting your skin ready for those up close and amazing photos we all want.

  • First these are tips you have to implement at least one week before the shoot for noticeable results. 2 to three weeks would be awesome

I can't say this enough ,WATER WATER WATER, for every pound you weigh you need to drink 1oz of pure H2O

SO~ if you weigh 150lbs you should drink 150oz of water a day

you may think thats a lot, but if you add up everything you drink in a day its not that much more fluid, it just all water so you'll have to cut out most every thing else you drink, oh and try an get it in by 5:00PM so you're not up all night LOL

Also STOP eating fast food, (its killing you, but more importantly IT SHOWS IN YOUR PHOTOS)

DO EAT

Cantaloupe

blueberries

salmon

raw sweet potatoes

green beans

spinach

kale

LOTS of OLIVE OIL~ uncooked~ on salads, fish whatever you want

~~~ rabbit trail~~~ cold olive oil drizzled on dark chocolate ice-cream is amazing!
THIS ISN'T A COMPLETE LIST JUST AN EXAMPLE OF FOODS THAT ARE GREAT FOR YOUR SKIN
the night before a shoot try not to be around cigaret smoke, (it will so wrinkle you up)
Try to cut back on salt~now if you're getting all this water in the salt is not as big a issue~however if you can't drink your water and you have to have fast food and soda you have to cut down on extra salt. (this is hard for me because I LOVE my salt, so I drink all the water and I currently weigh 200lbs CHUG CHUG CHUG LOL)
Hope this is helpful can't wait to photography you.
(these are tips for adults and assuming you don't have health concerns that would contraindicate a change in what you eat and drink, don't be a dumb dumb and change what a Dr has told you to do, because of what a photographer tells you to do, if all else fails we will work on imperfection in my very expensive computer programs.)
